The Insights & Analytics team shares experimentation best practices to ensure continued development of testing capabilities across the website, stores and digital marketing.

What will you do?

As a Senior Analyst at Dunelm, you will develop hypotheses to improve usability and maximise revenue, planning and evaluating experiments. You will also provide key input into the future direction of the experimentation platform, which will enable a robust and sophisticated testing programme with a high level of velocity and accuracy. Also, you will collaborate with the product analytics team to deliver insights on customer behaviour, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the website experience and improve personalisation.
