Empower is a retirement plan recordkeeping financial holding company. It is the second-largest retirement plan provider in the United States. The Empower Personal Wealth (EPW) funnel optimizes conversion testing to drive customer acquisition, cross sell and retention.

What will you do?

As the Growth Strategy & Conversion Optimization Director at Empower, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of full funnel, end-to-end testing to drive accretive growth for the business. You will develop and execute data-driven testing agendas to improve new user on-boarding to Empower’s Personal Dashboard and to drive down funnel efforts to convert Personal Dashboard users and 401k participants into Advisory clients. Moreover, you will report on testing progress and aligning with Product and Sales on scaling winning experiments.
