What will you do?
As a CRO Specialist at Radisson Hotel Group, you will enhance Omnichannel experience, focus on Web/Tablet/Mobile/App ensuring the best experience possible for the customer no matter the channel that the user is choosing. You will ensure that customers have a good experience at every touchpoint with the company, build customer retention and loyalty. Moreover, you will create deliverables to define new products (feature specification, user workflows, user stories, product roadmaps, etc.).
