Senior Software Engineer – Experimentation Platform

The Apple Maps Experimentation Engineering team builds big data and computing platforms, as well as core services, to empower engineers, statisticians and scientists to develop and experiment on algorithms to measure and improve the accuracy and quality of Apple Maps global dataset.

What will you do?

As a Senior Software Engineer at Apple, you will own the A/B experimentation platform for Apple Maps, and deal with complex problems at a massive scale. You’ll be a core contributor to the A/B testing systems, and you will work with engineers, statisticians, data scientists, product managers and mapping experts to improve a core product that touches millions of users worldwide each day. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will solve novel problems and challenges around experimentation and distributed systems while keeping user privacy as a top priority.
