What will you do?

As the Commercial Director of Experimentation at FanDuel, you will take primary responsibility for the approach to customer rewards/promotions experimentation for FanDuel Sportsbook. Moreover, you will establish and coach a high performing team that adds value to the wider business and provide guidance on experimentation best practice for the team of data analysts. Additionally, you will rigorously experiment with new rewards/promotion mechanics to create a more personalized experience for customers.
