What will you do?

As a Senior Analyst at John Lewis, you will focus on improving awareness, reporting and governance around Experimentation while also helping individual teams work through experiment planning and analysis. You will tackle problems with an Experimental mindset, being comfortable with uncertainty and will happily muck in with suggestions for iterations to the way the Experimentation team functions. In addition, you’ll become an important voice within Experimentation, guiding internal focus towards significantly growing the Number of Quality Experiments run.
